Microtech 5000 is a phytase product with good resistance, high heat-endurance, which is manufactured by GUANGDONG VTR BIO-TECH CO., LTD. with advanced bioengineering technologies. It can decompose the phytate largely existed in botanic feed material, so as to increase the utilization rate of phosphorus, decrease the dosage of phosphorus sources such as dicalcium phosphate, lower the feed formula cost, and stimulate the release and utilization of feed nutrient such as mineral element and protein. Meanwhile, it can also reduce the excretion of phosphorus in poultry and livestock's feces, thus reduce the environment pollution. Microtech 5000 is a environment-friendly and high efficiency feed additive.

Dosage

For layer diet: Base on the phytate content in feed, add Microtech 5000 according to the ratio of 60-80g/t to the completed feed.

For poultry or pig diet: Base on the phytate content in feed, add Microtech 5000 according to the ratio of 60-80g/t to the completed feed.

Usage

Manual calculation

Method 1:  Add Microtech 5000 base on the above dosage can replace 50%~75% Dicalcium phosphate in feed, meanwhile add limestone to supplement the Ca content in Dicalcium phosphate. The rest formula space can be applied to modify the formula or supplement with the inexpensive material such as zeolite.

Method 2: Calculate the phytate content in feed, and add Microtech 5000 according to the proportion of 1gram phytate: 150~200U phytase. Then calculate the available P which it can provide, and confirm the replacement of  dicalcium phosphate. Meanwhile, add limestone to supplement the Ca content in dicalcium phosphate. The rest formula space can be  applied to modify the formula or supplement with the inexpensive material such as zeolite.
