Liquid feed phytase

Microtech L5000 is a liquid phytase preparation developed by GUANGDONG VTR BIO-TECH CO., LTD. The product is a super-concentrated and high activity liquid preparation, which is manufactured through submerged liquid fermentation adopting international leading gene engineering strain. With international advanced liquid spraying technique, Microtech L5000 can be especially applied to feed with different high temperature disposals such as pelleting, after cure, expanding, etc.

Needn't to carry out the premixing procedure step by step, therefore reduce some manufacturing process, and decrease the error rate of manual operation.

Using method

The phosphor substituting rate should be adjusted according to different animal kinds and different feed material compositions,at the same time use stone powder to complement the calcium amount of substituted phosphor source. And the surplus space can be used to adjust formula or to be complemented by some cheaper materials such as zeolite powder.

Use the liquid spraying equipment to spray the product to the pellet feed after pelleting,detailed using method please refer to the operation manual of the spraying equipment.

Storage and shelf life

Shelf life for storing in cold room (2-8) is 12 months.

Shelf life for storing in room temperature (under 25) is 6 months.

Suggest storage temperature no higher than 25.
